David Poulos – Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Poulos has over 25 years experience developing and managing complex projects for a variety of national corporations and non-profits. He has worked in real estate as both a realtor and an appraiser, has started and sold several businesses, and is an avid collector of memorabilia of various types. He has been doing estate work since the 1990’s. He is provisionally certified by the National Association of Appraisers.
Albert J. Kaspar – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kaspar is a forensic accountant with over 30 years experience in banking and finance with Bank of America. He has been preparing tax documents and offering tax advice for over 10 years, most currently as a principal in Albert J. Kaspar Accounting Services.
